4.3 HQ Upgrades

As you commence your journey, your HQ initiates at level 1, limiting access to the full range of 40 total facilities. Gradually upgrading your headquarters empowers you to wield more resources, facilities, and potential, propelling your empire toward greater heights. Upgrading your HQ is key to unlocking upgrades to your facilities as well. Hence, any facility cannot be upgraded higher than your HQ.

In total you are allowed to build the following:

Storage: 1

Housing: 2

Natural resources facilities: 6

Industrial resources facilities: 6

Processing facilities: 8

Components facilities: 3

High-tech facilities: 1

Premium facilities: 6

Power Plants: 6
